Rachel is a mother, adventurer, and connector. Her  passion for intentional spaces was sparked in childhood in Fort Worth, Texas, when her mother’s gentle words—“Everything has a home”—planted a lifelong love for creating intentional spaces.

Her journey has taken her from a silent Vipassana retreat in the mountains of Mexico to earning a permaculture design certificate in Costa Rica, and finally to Hawai‘i, where she lived minimally in a 100-square-foot jungle hale. Through her journey, she discovered that our outer spaces mirror our inner world, and true transformation happens at the root.

As founder of Choose Flow, LLC, Rachel blends the KonMari Method™ with insights from permaculture, simplicity, and her own lived wisdom. She guides clients through an unearthing, releasing what no longer serves so they can create space for what deeply does.

Her approach is both gentle and catalytic, rooted in natural rhythms, authentic connection, and the belief that clarity in the home invites clarity in the heart. Rachel works with individuals, families, and businesses who are ready for more.. More purpose, more peace, more presence.

A a KonMari® Consultant In Training, Rachel leads clients through inner and outer transformation with presence, empathy, and intuitive guidance- helping them move through overwhelm into clarity and freedom. Her mission is simple: clear the clutter at the root, so your life can bear fruit.
